Walk down the long driveway lit with fairy lights and leave your shoes at the door.
Please arrive 10mins before class start time, for initial introduction to the Shala
Wear something you can comfortably move in.
Bring a small towel and in cooler months, some socks & a jumper to keep you cosy during rest.
Inform the teacher prior to practice, of any injuries or areas of concern
Please turn off mobile phones.
Try not to have too much in your belly a couple of hours before practice.
Turn up with an open mind and allow the practice to work it’s magic!
