Saturday. 8am
Sun Sequence plus

Short form of the sun sequence, with additional postures + strength exercises

Saturday Solstice. 21 December. 8am

To mark the longest day of the year, I will be guiding you through an extended Atapa (Sun) Krama sequence.
Exploring some of the more challenging postures featured further along the series.
This dynamic practice will be fully lead, at a steady & rhythmical pace, allowing the student to experience the vinyasa method at it’s best.
As with ALL my classes, modifications to poses will be offered when necessary.
Bring a towel. We’re gonna wring 2024 right out of you!

Due to the pace of this session, some experience is required.

Christmas Eve. 7am

We’ll start with a gentle build of energy through our salutes, followed by a selection of stabilising standing postures, leading into some deep & juicy hip openers, sinking into some delicate breathwork to take you into a blissful meditative state.
Providing you with simple methods you can rely on, when things get a little too much (particularly around this time of year).
This practice will be modelled on our Moon Sequence. A beautifully soft yet focused sequence. Giving you the opportunity to shake off the world around you and simply focus on YOUR present state. It’s all about you! When was the last time you did that?

Please Note: The Shala will be closed for short break over the festive season.

LAST CLASS: Tues 24 December. CLASSES RESUME: Sat 4 December

Private Groups & 1:1 sessions still available.
